Our story

Réunion Immobilier was founded by Ritchel Pitou in Reunion Island, on a firm belief: for a transaction that often represents the largest financial decision of a lifetime, every client deserves a rigorous, trained, transparent, and fully committed professional — not a hurried salesperson.

Born in Sainte-Clotilde, Ritchel combines 15 years of field experience with three complementary certifications (SNPI Real Estate Expert, CIF Financial Investment Advisor, IOBSP Banking Intermediary) covering the full spectrum of valuation, investment, and financing. Under his leadership, the agency serves French investors as well as international investors who are discovering Reunion Island — with the same demanding standard.
